1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph2com ("ph2com", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of ph2com.club. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ph2com platform — including the website ph2com.club, any associated mobile-optimized pages, and all games and services offered therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the ph2com platform immediately. ph2com reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond the posting of the revised version on this page. 2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to ph2com and participation in any real-money gaming activity on the platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an active ph2com account. 3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may register only one (1) account on the ph2com platform. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on a government-issued Philippine ID)
• Valid Philippine mobile number
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• A valid email address (if required during registration)
• Payment method information matching your registered identity (GCash, Maya, or bank account in your name)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. ph2com will never ask for your password via email, SMS, chat, or any other channel. Any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to failure to maintain credential security are your sole responsibility. You must notify ph2com support immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your account.

ph2com strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number to protect your account against unauthorized access.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

ph2com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 (or as specified per payment method on the Cashier page)
• GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your ph2com wallet within seconds
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and Metrobank are typically credited within 5–30 minutes during banking hours
• All deposit payment accounts must be registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that match your registered identity
• ph2com does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances
• Processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals within 1–4 hours for standard amounts; bank transfers within 24 hours
• ph2com reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal
• Withdrawals requested on balances that include active bonus funds are subject to completion of applicable wagering requirements before processing

ph2com does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. ph2com is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

ph2com may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses expire within the time period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and unfulfilled wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute less than slots; some game types may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using bots or automated scripts, or employing any strategy designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent constitutes bonus abuse. ph2com reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts upon detection of such behaviour.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ph2com — including Color Game, slots, live dealer casino, bingo, fishing games, e-sabong, and sports betting — are operated in accordance with the rules published on the platform for each respective game category.

ph2com uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all slots and non-live casino games, audited to ensure outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by prior results, player history, or any other external factor. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result on a player's screen and the result recorded on ph2com's server, the server record shall be the definitive record. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph2com platform:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games, bonuses, or the platform in any way
• Collusion with other players or dealers to influence game outcomes

• Chargebacks via payment providers without prior dispute resolution through ph2com support

• Accessing ph2com from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law

ph2com reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.

8 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

ph2com is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment for all players. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account from the Account Settings page. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on ph2com.club — including but not limited to the ph2com logo, brand name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of ph2com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph2com platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any ph2com content without the express prior written consent of ph2com.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph2com, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings
• Losses arising from reliance on any information published on ph2com.club
• Technical failures, interruptions, or unavailability of the platform
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing by third-party payment processors

ph2com's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your ph2com account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

ph2com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice where ph2com reasonably determines that:

• The account holder has violated these Terms or any applicable law
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity has occurred on the account
• KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe following a request
• The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to ph2com, other players, or the integrity of the platform

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of ph2com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact ph2com's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. ph2com will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within 14 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute is not resolved through the above internal process, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable Philippine law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ph2com reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph2com will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where reasonably practicable, ph2com may also notify registered players of significant changes via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the ph2com platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
